Prototype:
OnOrientationChanged (Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      contains a string encapsulating the new orientation. Must be evaluated: new_orientation=value EventData;

Description:
Event fired when the Orientation changes. Should be used if you wish to perform an action when the orientation of a toolbar is changed

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
